At Blooming Crystals, we want your crystals and handmade items to arrive safely and quickly!

Processing Time:

  • Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–5 business days. We aim to get your parcel out as fast as possible.

Shipping Methods:

  • We currently ship within Australia via Sendle and Australia Post.

  • We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Shipping Costs:

  • Flat rate shipping: $12 AUD

  • Free shipping: On orders over $60 AUD

Delivery Estimates:

  • Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • Blooming Crystals is not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels, or damage that occurs during shipping.

  • If this happens, please contact the carrier first, then email us at hello@bloomingcrystals.com.au. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including potential replacements or refunds.

  • Tracking information will be provided where available. Please check your tracking for updates on your parcel’s journey.
