At Blooming Crystals, we want you to love your crystals and handmade items.
Damaged or Defective Items:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@bloomingcrystals.com.au.

Include photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll assess the situation and offer a refund or replacement depending on the case.
Change of Mind:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind at this time, as many of our items are one-of-a-kind or handmade.
Shipping Issues:

If your parcel is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier and then email us. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Note: Because crystals are natural and handmade, slight variations in size, color, and pattern may occur. These natural differences are not considered defects.
