💎 General Shop Info
1. What kind of products do you sell?
We sell a wide range of crystals — including tumbles, carvings, towers, spheres, bracelets, and mystery items. We also offer spiritual and handmade goodies such as enamel pins, handmade silicone beaded pens and keychains, clay beaded bracelets, and smudge sticks.
2. Are your crystals genuine?
Yes! All our crystals are genuine unless otherwise stated. We also stock some man-made or enhanced varieties like Opalite (glass), Aura Coated Crystals (real crystals with a man-made coating), and Heat Treated Citrine (natural amethyst that’s been heat treated). Any of these will always be clearly listed in the product description.
3. Where do your crystals come from?
Our crystals are sourced from a variety of countries worldwide through trusted suppliers — ensuring quality and authenticity.
4. Are all your items handmade?
Some are! Many of our silicone beaded items and clay beaded bracelets are handmade by either myself or my partner. Each listing will mention if it’s handmade in-house.
5. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?
We currently offer gift notes, but not gift wrapping. We take pride in making every parcel special and can leave out the invoice if it’s a gift.

🛒 Ordering & Processing
6. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.
7. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
We try to pack orders as quickly as possible, so once it’s placed, changes or cancellations can’t be guaranteed. Please email us as soon as possible at hello@bloomingcrystals.com.au and we’ll do our best to help if it hasn’t shipped yet.
8. Do you offer custom or personalised orders?
Not at the moment, but we’re hoping to in the future!
9. I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
Email us immediately at hello@bloomingcrystals.com.au We can’t guarantee address changes once an order is processed, so please get in touch straight away.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments through Shopify’s secure checkout system and PayPal, with more options coming soon.

📦 Shipping
11. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we currently ship within Australia only.
13. How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping for $12, or free shipping on orders over $60.
14. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 2–7 business days within Australia, depending on your location and the carrier (Sendle or Australia Post).
15. What if my order goes missing or arrives damaged?
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first for tracking updates. Then email us at hello@bloomingcrystals.com.au— we’ll do our best to help sort it out.

💰 Returns & Exchanges
16. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We don’t currently accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email us and we’ll work to make it right.
17. What if my item arrives broken or incorrect?
Email us at hello@bloomingcrystals.com.au with photos of the issue — we’ll help resolve it with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
18. How do I start a return or report a problem?

🔮 Crystals & Handmade Items
19. Are your crystals cleansed before shipping?
Yes, we cleanse our crystals before sending them out — but we always recommend giving them an extra cleanse once they arrive to attune them to your energy.
20. What sizes are your crystals and bracelets?
Each listing includes size details! Our standard tumbles are around 2–3 cm, and our bracelets are elastic with a one-size-fits-most fit. Carving measurements are listed in their descriptions.
21. Do you include crystal information cards?
Not for every listing. Some bundles include info cards, and individual listings will specify if they do.
22. Can I choose the exact crystal I receive?
Some listings allow you to choose (like towers or specific carvings). If the listing has a drop-down option, you can choose. If not, the crystal will be intuitively chosen just for you.
23. Are your handmade items one-of-a-kind?
Each handmade piece is slightly unique due to natural variation and handcrafting. Clay bracelets, for example, may differ slightly from one another — that’s part of their charm!

24. Do you offer rewards or bundles?
Yes! We offer some bundles now and are working on adding more — plus a rewards program coming soon. You can also find discount codes in our newsletter and social media.
