All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices, policies, and terms without prior notice.

 

💎 Products & Handmade Items

We sell a range of genuine crystals, handmade spiritual goods, and curated accessories.

Please note:

  • Crystals are natural materials — each one may vary in size, color, pattern, and clarity. These natural variations are part of their beauty and not considered faults.

  • Some products (like pens, bracelets, and keychains) are handmade by us, meaning small differences in design or bead placement may occur.

  • Listings will clearly state if an item is man-made, treated, or coated (e.g., Aura Quartz, Opalite, or Heat Treated Citrine).

We aim to represent every item accurately, but color and texture may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

 

🚚 Shipping Policy

We currently ship Australia-wide using Sendle and Australia Post.

  • Processing time: 1–5 business days (we usually pack and send ASAP).

  • Flat rate shipping: $12 AUD on all orders.

  • Free shipping: On all orders over $60 AUD.

  • Delivery estimates: Typically 2–7 business days depending on your location and carrier delays.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Once your order is lodged with the courier, Blooming Crystals is not responsible for delivery delays, lost, or stolen parcels. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly and then email us at hello@bloomingcrystals.com.au — we’ll do our best to help.

 

✨ Order Changes & Cancellations

We try to pack orders quickly — once your parcel is packed, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.
If you need to adjust something, please email us immediately at hello@bloomingcrystals.com.au and we’ll do our best to help.

 

🎁 Gifts & Packaging

Gift notes can be added to orders.
At this stage, we don’t offer gift wrapping, but we take care to make every parcel special.
If your order is a gift, let us know — we can exclude invoices from the package.

 

💔 Refunds, Returns & Damages

Because our items are often one-of-a-kind or handmade, we handle returns case by case.

We happily offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.
To be eligible:

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted at this time.

If your item was damaged in transit, please also reach out to the courier for a claim reference before contacting us — we’ll work together to resolve it.

All transactions are processed securely. Blooming Crystals does not store or have access to your full payment details.
